As a Real Estate Agent I have had the pleasure of becoming trained as a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist, SRES®, serving the over 50 plus client. Before my SRES® training I had six years of experience working with this demographic. Through this experience I understood that the 50 plus, and often their adult children, have very specialized needs when it comes to purchasing and selling property.

I bring to the table a network of senior specialists such as Estate Planners, CPAs, Eldercare Lawyers, and am familiar with local community resources and services. Drawing upon this network helps seniors and their families navigate the maze of financial, legal and emotional issues accompany the sale of a home. 

My work with seniors and their families is to take a no-pressure approach, taking the time needed to make my client feel comfortable with the often complex selling process. I understand the emotional demands a sale can make on a senior, and always try to minimize them. Closely working with housekeepers, handymen, landscapers, clutter reduction specialists, estate liquidators and packers/ movers can alleviate the burden of what usually feels like a daunting process.
